1. The reservation apply to your chosen studio or apartment, details of which - Aparthotel name, type of room (studio apartment with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms) and the rental price per day is referred to in the beginning of the form reservation.

2. That price is for rental of the whole studio or apartment for 1 day, not per night per 1 person and it includes only the rental price.

3. Reservation is valid from the moment of confirmation by us sended to you by e-mail.

4.To be made available through this reservation form, after confirmation from our side, you have to pay 25% of the rental price for that period you hire it at least 1 working day (PayPal or ePay.bg) or 4 days (bank transfer) before the date of your arrival/ accommodation. The remaining 75% of the rental price is paid on your arrival. In inability or refusal of you to arrive and use the rented apartment or studio paid an advance of 25% is not refundable.

5. In case of failure you to be accommodated in this aparthotel, we are obliged to accommodate you in another apart hotel, offering the same conditions.

6. Accommodation -after 14:00 h on the day of arrival. The rented studio or apartment must be released until 11:00 on the day of departure.

7. You are responsible for all damages caused in the studio/apartment you hire during your stay.

8. On your arrival you will be asked to leave 150,00 Eurorefundable deposit to cover breakages/ damage. It will be returned to you on the day of deparcher if there was no damages during your stay.
